Bajaj has come a long way from being solely a scooter manufacturer, but they still haven't forgotten their roots. The Kristal is th sole scooter in the Bajaj lineup and has been shown anything but step- motherly treatment. The little Bajejj bdstlingwith features and - the overall result is-a-good looking scooter that is well built. Functions like the one-key operation and the headlight that switches on automatically in the dark are both novel and practical. Scooters can be great fun to ride and the Kristal, with its 94.8cc dual spark plug engine, is a sprightly per ormer. Braking performance is adequate too, but the Kristal needs to lose the ancient trailing link type of suspension at the front. On the whole, a good scooter for those looking for a city Runabout.
